From Friday 1 July Staying Put Services provides housing advice only to private tenants and owner occupiers in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on a limited range of housing issues - security of tenure, Housing Benefit, possession proceedings, rent increases, disrepair, harassment. Staying Put Services will accept referrals for tenants of the TMO and Kensington Housing Trust who have rent arrears. If you are a TMO or Kensington Housing Trust tenant with rent arrears, please ask your Housing Officer to refer you. Staying Put Services will continue to provide a debt and/or welfare benefits advice service to tenants of Origin Housing Group, Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation and Shepherds Bush Housing Association for further information follow link to www.sbhg.co.uk
